sunrise TDC Switzerland AG selects RepliWeb's R-1 Distribution Manager for Web Content and Application Distribution for its Web Portal Infrastructure

Tuesday, March 15th , 2005 - RepliWeb Inc. a leading provider of file replication and content deployment technologies announced today that sunrise TDC Switzerland AG, the leading independent telecommunications provider in Switzerland, has selected its R-1 Distribution Manager for the deployment of Web Content and Application data for its Web Portal Infrastructure.

Due to increased demand and usage of its Web Portals, sunrise TDC Switzerland AG embarked on a six month project to upgrade its Web Portal infrastructure. One area of significant concern was the legacy replication technology of sunrise TDC Switzerland AG. The legacy product could not handle the high volumes of data that were now under management and impared the performance of its Web Sites during content updates.
