The Center executes distribution jobs while
running as services in the background regardless of
the operating system . The Center is the initiator of
any R-1 distribution job and must therefore be
installed on any system that will initiate a distribution.
The Center supports multiple users running multiple
Consoles on multiple nodes serving multiple Edges.
