Highlights of features in both R-1 and RDS:
Please contact your Regional Business Managers (sales@repliweb.com) or our Support Team (support.repliweb.com) regarding questions about the new release or upgrade. Site Server CRS required Users to establish multiple "Projects" to mirroring or publish different websites from staging environments to production web servers. Often new R-1 users maintain their legacy operating procedures and create multiple R-1 jobs. By consolidating R-1 jobs you may improve application, server and network performance, and streamline monitoring and management requirements. 2. Running Continuous Update Jobs without the initialization phase R-1 may now be configured to run Continuous Update jobs without the need to run an initial snapshot. Although there are many benefits in running a snapshot, special situations demand the immediate deployment of files. 3. Redefining error reports You can specify whether jobs should abort on certain errors: snapshot creation, transferring files and deleting files. If none of these options is selected, RDS & R-1 will log the failure in the report but will continue with the replication process. Learn to configure the jobs to continue handing the rest of the files when there is an error in accessing / transferring one of the files. |
